Here you will find a collection of resources that are helpful in completing your phases of Japanese Embroidery. In the program I'm doing, we are following the phases of the Japanese Embroidery Centre in Atlanta, GA. Our instructor is Marian P.
Currently we have a small handful of people who are taking lessons with Marian. In April 2020, some started taking lessons remotely, via video conference and email. It has been working very well. Time will tell how far we can get with this form of remote instruction.
From time-to-time, we share resources that we come across with each other, and with a group in Montreal, QC. I know I was getting disorganized with all the emails, flagging many of them. So, I decided to create this wee site for our group.
In an effort to abide by copyright, I've tried to properly cite each of the sources for each resource.
Go ahead and explore at your leisure. Check back from time-to-time to see if there are new resources added. I imagine that at some point the collection will be fairly fleshed out.
